Targo provides logistics and supply chain management services including:
- Road freight and ground transportation
- Global shipping and international logistics
- Express delivery services
- Warehousing and distribution

3. Account Registration
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Shipping and Delivery
When you ship goods through Targo, you agree to:
- Provide accurate package information and weight
- Package items appropriately for transport
- Comply with all applicable shipping regulations

5. Fees and Payment
All fees for our services are displayed at the time of booking. Payment is processed at the time of shipment unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
6. Liability Limitations
Targo's liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited as follows:
- Standard shipments: Up to $100 per shipment
- Declared value coverage available for additional charge
- Liability excludes indirect or consequential damages
7. Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be shipped through Targo services:
- Hazardous materials without proper certification
- Illegal substances or items
- Perishables without temperature-controlled handling
- Items prohibited by law in origin or destination countries
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Targo website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Targo and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
